There are some incredible deals to be had at Walgreens, as well as CVS and Target, this week, so I thought it was worth putting them all together in one post:
Get 10 Johnson & Johnson baby products for a total of 88 cents. Find out how at It’s Hip 2 Save. (Via.) You do need the Walgreens activity book coupon for this deal, and I don’t know if the book is still available since the coupons in it expire at the end of this month. But I found mine about six months ago in the kids’ book section, mixed in with all of the other books.
Buy 8 Dove soap bars and possibly make $2.08 in profit. Find out how at Coupon Cravings.
Get free Nabisco Ritz Crackers. The 4 ounce boxes are on sale for Buy on at $1.99, get one free. Use the $2 off 2 coupon from the Jan. 25 Smart Source insert. (Note: This coupon may beep because its value is greater than the total cost of the items. If it does, cashiers vary wildly on whether they will push the coupon through, so I recommend deciding ahead of time how you will respond to a cashier who refuses to accept the coupon – ask for a manager, ask that the items be removed from your order, pay anyway, etc.)
See what else is free or a moneymaker at the top of this post at Bargain Briana.
Briana also posted about how to get free Renuzit at Target this week.
And at CVS, in addition to the free items this week, you can get Aveeno Hydrocortisone cream for 49 cents all month. Pursuant to our pediatrician’s orders, I keep this stuff around for little skin irritations, and it really works fabulously most of the time. It’s priced at $4.49, with $2 ECBs back throughout the month. You can get a printable $2 off any Aveeno product coupon when you fill out this form. Combine the two deals, and you’ll pay just 49 cents for a tube. (Thanks to A Full Cup for the deal idea.)
Finally, Cammie20 posted her Walgreens scenarios at A Full Cup. She started with $7 in Register Rewards (RR), spent $7 in cash, and left with 16 Dove bars, 8 reusable bags, eyedrops, toothpaste, vaseline, and banana chips, and has $17.50 in Register Rewards for next transaction. (If you read the entire thread, you’ll see that she accidentally used an expired coupon, and should have spent $9 in cash - still an awesome deal if you want to and are able to do the same.)
