I have a sister-in-law who had 3 girls at 40, 41, and 44. She had C-sections all 3 times. The first time they told her the baby was going to be huge, but it turned out she had a huge fibroid. It went down in size after pregnancy and up again in the next 2 pregnancies.

I don’t know if she had it removed or not during her last C-section - she could have; all I know is she had 3 c-sections that all went well and 3 lovely baby girls.

Also, just to encourage everybody, a friend of my friend had her first at 45 just the other day! She said it’s like the lottery, if you don’t play then it’s guaranteed not to happen but if you do try , you have a chance!
